How You’ll Make an Impact
Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC and plant production equipment.
Transfer programming commands to CNC modules and verify proper setup.
Perform preventive maintenance and recommend improvements to the PM program.
Monitor machine operation and panel displays to identify issues quickly.
Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals.
Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems, motors, PLCs, transformers, drives, switches, and circuit boards.
Write and modify CNC programs to support production needs.
Document observations, settings, measurements, and adjustments accurately.
Your Background
Associate degree in engineering or industrial maintenance, or an electrician/maintenance certificate from an accredited trade school.
Proficiency with computer‑aided design or drafting software.
Experience working with electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Knowledge of welding and cutting processes (torch, plasma, stick, brazing).
Prior experience with industrial troubleshooting and repair in a manufacturing environment.
