Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machinist / Programmer for a growing precision manufacturing partner. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled machinist who enjoys programming, complex setups, troubleshooting, and producing high-quality precision components.

Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and multi-axis mill-turn machines.
  • Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code and CAM software.
  • Perform complete machine setups, tooling changes, and offset adjustments.
  • Read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and machine parts to tight tolerances.
  • Perform first-piece and in-process inspections.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and improve cycle times and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of CNC machining experience.
  • Strong CNC programming and setup skills.
  • Experience with CNC turning, milling, and multi-axis machining.
  • Proficiency with CAM software, G-code, and blueprint reading.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality standards.
