From our state-of-the-art facility in Abbotsford, we design, manufacture, and distribute products that support the diesel truck aftermarket and are trusted across the industry.

We are a fast-paced, production-oriented machine shop with a strong focus on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. As we continue to grow, we are looking for skilled individuals to join our expanding team. If you are an experienced Machinist or Operator, there is an opportunity for you to build your career with us.

We are currently hiring for our new Day Shift:

• Monday – Thursday
• 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

This role offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $28–$48, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

As a member of the CNC Team, you will:

• Work as part of a small team to deliver demand driven value to customers
• Read and interpret drawings as required to safely and efficiently operate CNC equipment
• Maintain quality while meeting or exceeding production targets
• Inspect parts using precision measuring equipment
• Perform routine maintenance on modern CNC equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement activities
  

Who You Are?

• CNC Machining Experience: CNC Vertical, Horizontal Milling and or CNC Lathe: Minimum 5 years of experience required
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Knowledgeable in G Code
• Mechanical aptitude and sound knowledge of machine tooling
• Above average problem-solving skills
• Positive personality & able to deliver results with minimum supervision
• Willingness to learn and improve your skills
