What You'll Do

• Program, set up, and operate CNC machining centers and turning centers
• Develop processes, select tooling, and create efficient setups
• Machine precision components to tolerances as tight as ±0.0005"
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and GD&T
• Perform in-process and final inspections
• Troubleshoot machining challenges and improve processes
• Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and field teams
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What You Bring

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience
• Strong programming, setup, and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Fanuc and/or Fagor controls
• Knowledge of G & M code programming
• Experience with conversational programming and CAM software (GibbsCAM preferred)
• Strong understanding of tooling, feeds & speeds, GD&T, and precision measurement
• Ability to work independently and solve complex machining challenges

Preferred Qualifications

• Ontario General Machinist or Tool & Die Red Seal Certification
• Experience with both CNC and manual machining equipment
