Activities and Responsibilities:
Identify & Investigate Quality issues
Startup / shutdown of equipment
Load and unload prior process
Ensures all required maintenance checks are performed
Performs minor machine troubleshooting and repairs
Write work orders and communicate with maintenance on machine problems
Ensure cleanliness of machines
Responsible for training TMB's which may require temporary split shift or off-shift assignment
Provides technical support in his/her processes
Completes all TMB's and TMA's duties during absence, vacations, lack of staffing etc
Assist in scheduling when required
Must not have any discipline higher than a verbal discipline
Starts machine and monitors displays and machine operation to detect malfunctions.
Mounts, aligns, and secures tooling, attachments, and work piece on machine.
