What Youll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines according to established procedures.
• Review and interpret blueprints and programs to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and break in new products and programs, checking for tool and fixture clearance.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections, making adjustments as needed.
• Follow 6S guidelines and maintain a safe, clean work area.

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of CNC lathe experience in aerospace or similar precision environment.
• Ability to work within tight tolerances (+/- .001) and established parameters.
• Skilled in using bore gages, Johnson gages, pitch mics, and indicators for setting work offsets.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
