CNC Machinist II – Night Shift

(Automated / G-Code & Non - Automated Experience Required)

Position Title: CNC Machinist II
Shift: Night Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m.
Pay Range: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour
Experience Required: 3–5 years

We are seeking experienced CNC Machinist II professionals with automated machining and G-code programming experience to support our night shift manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical machining skills and experience operating automated CNC systems in a production setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated CNC machinery
• Read, interpret, and modify G-code programs as needed
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and offsets
• Troubleshoot machine, tooling, and programming issues
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain production efficiency and minimize downtime
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures
• Complete production and inspection documentation accurately

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CNC machining experience
• Experience with automated CNC equipment and G-code programming
• Ability to edit and troubleshoot CNC programs
• Strong blueprint reading and inspection skills
• Experience using precision measuring tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive movement
