- 1st Shift CNC Machinist: We are hiring experienced CNC Machinists for 1st shift. This role involves setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision components, ensuring quality, safety, and equipment standards are maintained. Overtime may be required based on production demands.
Responsibilities - 1st Shift CNC Machinist
Set up and operate CNC machines, securing tools, materials, and fixtures.
Monitor machining processes, including feed rates and cutting speeds.
Inspect parts using precision instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.
Complete required documentation and production records.
Perform light mechanical and assembly tasks as needed.
Share knowledge and support a safe, collaborative work environment.
Maintain equipment care and follow all safety procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications - 1st Shift CNC Machinist
Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience with strong knowledge of tolerances and machining operations.
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical documents.
Understanding of basic math and geometric tolerances.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
