Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Machines:Set up and operate CNC production machines following established procedures and guidelines.
• Adjustments:Select appropriate settings and make necessary adjustments for optimal performance.
• Blueprint Interpretation:Read and interpret blueprints and diagrams to position and secure materials on the machine.
• Precision and Timeliness:Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately and on time.
• Supervision:Work under general supervision or a lead person to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Quality Control:Use micrometers, height gages, depth gages, and calipers to maintain high standards.

Your Profile / Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Education:High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:1-3 years of experience in CNC machine operation or a related field.
• Skills:Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, adjust machine settings, and perform tasks accurately and timely.
• Physical Demands:Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities.
• Work Environment:Exposure to moving mechanical parts, occasional fumes, or airborne particles. Noise levels may require participation in the Hearing Conservation Program.
