CNC Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Baldwyn, MS

Pay Rate: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM

Position Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team on 2nd shift. The ideal candidate will have previous CNC machine experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Monitor machines during production and make adjustments as needed.
• Load and unload materials from CNC equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Follow production specifications and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other manufacturing duties as needed.

Requirements

• Previous CNC machine experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Pay & Schedule

$15.00/hour

Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM
