CNC Lathe Machinist

Pay: $28-$32 DOE

Shift: 5am-1:30pm M-F | No weekends

Location: Houston, TX 77081

Start: ASAP

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Operate a 120" Fryer Combo Lathe with Siemens conversational controls.
• Machine 4140 and 4150 chromium alloy steel components.
• Work with large parts ranging from 1" diameter × 30" long to 6" diameter × 12' long.
• Load programs, set up machines, make adjustments, and edit programs as needed.
• Read technical drawings and use precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
• Have 3–5 years of CNC lathe experience.
• Be self-directed, detail-oriented, and able to learn independently through computer-based training.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Preferred Experience

• CNC programming, compressor and reciprocating equipment parts, piston rods, and shafts.
• Training available for programming.

Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
