Job Description

Responsibilities of the role:

• Operation: Set up and operate EHRT CNC punching and bending machines to produce copper busbars.
• Technical: Read 2D/3D technical drawings and CAD/CAM specs for electrical cabinets and server infrastructure.
• Quality: Perform precise dimensional checks (callipers, micrometers) to meet strict tolerances.
• Maintenance: Execute tool changes, daily machine calibration, and minor troubleshooting.
• Safety & 5S: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workstation on the production floor.

Requirements

• Machine Operation: Proven experience operating CNC press brakes, metal punching, or bending machinery (experience with EHRT machines EB 40).
• Blueprint Reading: Ability to independently read and interpret 2D/3D technical drawings, CAD layouts, and fabrication schematics.
• Precision Measuring: Proficient in using hand-held measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, protractors) to verify tight tolerances.
• Tooling Knowledge: Experience selecting, changing, and adjusting punch and die sets for non-ferrous metals (copper, aluminum).
• Experience operating a forklift for moving palletized copper bars and raw material stock (valid certification is a strong plus).and experience operating an overhead traveling crane to safely transport and load heavy metal stock onto production lines (certification preferred).
• Languages: Good working knowledge of English (for technical specifications and internal communication)
