  • Conduct customer test cuts, time studies, demonstrations, and pre-sale feasibility evaluations.
  • Troubleshoot programming, postprocessor, machine operation, and process issues in coordination with internal teams and outside partners.
  • Support distributors and customers with applications training, process optimization, and production startup.

  • Strong ability to set up, program, and prove out complex parts independently.
  • Experience with multi-axis machining, main and subspindle operations, part transfer, and synchronized operations.
  • Proficiency with CAD/CAM software and the ability to read, edit, and troubleshoot G-code.
  • Working knowledge of tooling, workholding, inspection methods, and process validation.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers, distributors, and cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Ability to travel to customer and distributor locations as needed.

Preferred

  • Direct experience with DN Solutions SMX or DNX machines.
  • Experience with both FANUC and Siemens CNC controls.
  • Experience with Mastercam or Siemens NX or comparable CAM, postprocessor troubleshooting, and machine simulation.
  • Experience developing turnkey processes or supporting automated production cells.
