JobResponsibilities:
The role holder will be expected tobe responsible forthe following:
OneWorld
Create/amendOneWorldlogins
Create/amendOneWorldsecurity groups & menu roles
Maintain details for TSM’sOneWorldaccess for SOX extracts and managers signoff.
Ensure everyone follows / work within our change control process.
Manage allOneWorldenvironments and servers.
Manage software promotions and package build & deployments.
Manage / add Data Dictionary items, glossary & specific user defined codes.
Manage environment data refreshes and file purges.
Monitor/log excess failed logins.
Help troubleshoot and resolve anyOneWorldapplication or server / middleware issues.
Setup Printers within theOneWorldapplications.
Qlik Sense &nPrinting
Manage Qlik Sense &nPrintingServers.
Maintain details for TSM’s Qlik Sense access assigned & security setup.
Setup and Define TSM’s Qlik Sense document access.
Setup and maintain Qlik Sense &nPrintingdocument automation.
iSeries:
First line support of all production & test iSeries servers automated tasks.
Responding and resolving all error/wait messages on the production servers during day and night. This includesidentifyingcause of issue, impact of action taken to resolve & contacting owner of any process that failed providing details of issue / action taken and further actionrequired
Upkeep of scheduled overnight job file.
Upkeep of cl scripts for Sequel Viewpoint automated jobs.
Manage scheduled jobs and email groups on all production servers for day and night tasks.
Monitor production servers during heavy usage periodsi.e.month-end.
Solosoft(Agility) & Wrist Scanners:
Create andmaintainuser logins on the radio frequency server.
Create andmaintainuser logins for the warehouse wrist scanner and handheld devices.
Sales Force:
Create new login and disable when notified.
Department Documentation:
Upkeep and amend department documentation.
For all applications we support forward all change requests with required attached documentation (approvals obtained etc) to CCDA.
Setup andmaintaindocumentation/libraryarea.
Complete handover at end of each day.
Maintain Server list, this includes all servers used by Business Systemsi.e.Web server,OneWorldservers, Citrix servers, RF servers etc.
Maintain list of all PC’s/ Servers that haveOneWorldinstalled.
