Join the 4 Clarkson Team – Opening December 2026!
4 Clarkson is a newly remodeled, 45-bed Medical Surgical/Telemetry unit caring for adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, including sepsis, respiratory illnesses, gastrointestinal disorders, endocrine conditions, and cardiac diseases. Our diverse patient population provides opportunities to build strong clinical judgment, time management, and critical thinking skills while gaining experience across multiple specialties. Designed with innovation in mind, 4 Clarkson features digital door signs, digital whiteboards, virtual nursing support, and virtual patient monitoring for high-risk patients to enhance communication, improve patient safety, and support bedside nurses.
Nurses on 4 Clarkson will gain valuable experience managing titratable drips, chest tubes, high-flow oxygen therapy, and end-of-life care, making it an ideal environment for professional growth and skill development.
While 4 Clarkson prepares to reopen in December 2026, unit leadership will work with successful candidates to secure placement on an alternate Medical Surgical unit. This allows nurses to begin building valuable experience, relationships, and organizational knowledge prior to joining 4 Clarkson. Leadership support and development check-ins will continue throughout this transition to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and continued professional growth.
