SETXHOMECARE was established to service the LOCAL medical industries growing need for medical professionals by providing a unique mix of recruiting services. Our TEAM has an extensive range of experience with over 20 years combined in the Healthcare field and 15 years in Human Resources. Our knowledge of our local community and commitment to you and your success allows SETXHOMECARE to become a centralized solution for both short term and long term hiring in the Woodlands area.

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating.

• Medication reminders and assist clients with ambulation and transfers.

• Assist with ADL'S and personal hygiene, meal prep, assist with feedings, help with exercises and encourage mobility as tolerated by our client.

• Assist client with shopping or accompany them to area stores.

• Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents to their supervisor.

• Offer activities to maintain independence.

Qualifications

• CNA license - current or lapsed accepted.
• Enjoys working in a one-on-one client setting, eager to improve our clients quality of life.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties including transfers.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance with your name on the card, valid email working cell phone, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner towards our clients and their family members.
• Must be able to work different shifts, including days, nights, PRN, holidays and/or weekends
• Prior experience in a healthcare, or home care environment (minimum of 3 years experience)
• Must follow all health and safety standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Take pride in providing high quality care in order to improve quality of life.
