Scheduling Coordinator opportunity in beautiful Hamilton, Montana!!
Bitterroot Health is seeking candidates to fill an Acute Care, Critical Care, and Surgical Services Staffing Coordinator in our Nursing department. The Staffing Coordinator coordinates scheduling and staffing to ensure sufficient and efficient staff coverage for all Acute Care, Critical Care and Surgical Services areas. This position works with directors of Acute Care, Critical Care and Surgical Services departments to project staffing needs and achieve required staffing levels. The coordinator uses and maintains scheduling software to schedule and monitor staffing levels.
Minimum Qualifications:
◦ Education:
◦ RN must have 2 or 4 year Registered Nursing degree and current Montana state license
◦ LPN requires current MT license
◦ MA must be a graduate of an accredited medical assisting program or have equivalent experience
• Experience: 1-3 years’ previous experience in medical setting
Schedule: Part-time, 24 hours/week
