
Westminster Bradenton is currently seeking a, detail oriented individual with good time management and relationship building skills for our full time CNA Staffing Coordinator position. EOE, DFWP "We honor those who served".

Coordinate staffing schedules and ensure staffing for clients on all shifts. Provide supervision for nursing employees and assist in developing individualized orientation plans based on the learning needs of employees.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Comply with all applicable rules, policies, standards, and guidelines related to employment with Westminster Services and its communities.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma required. Minimum 2 years staffing experience, preferably in nursing.
CNA License
Experience and Basic Knowledge:
Must be familiar with long term care of the older adult and the state and federal rules and regulations governing skilled nursing facilities and adult congregate living facilities. Must have the ability to effectively communicate with staff members when preparing the monthly schedule.
