What You’ll Do (Besides Becoming an Elder Favorite):

Assist residents with daily living activities

Offer kind words, warm smiles, and a listening ear

Keep things running smoothly with documentation and teamwork

Join in on fun events and activities (yes, eggroll making, or bean bag baseball, may be involved!)

MRC's Mirador is Coastal Bend’s only non-profit, faith-based continuing care retirement community. Mirador is a leader in continuing care, offering independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, memory support, and rehabilitation!

This CNA Split Shift is 2 days shifts 2 evening shifts and on a 4/2 rotation.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent is desired
• Completion of Certified Nursing Aide program is required
• Possession of a valid Texas Certified Nurse Aide certification, or ability to obtain as required by regulation
• One year of experience, preferably as a hospital or long-term care nursing assistant is preferred
