The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct care and support to residents while promoting their comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. The CNA works closely with licensed nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure residents receive quality, resident-centered care in accordance with individualized care plans and facility standards.
