Compensation: $22.90 - $31.53 per hour (depending on experience)

The CNA/Resident Attendant will provide direct resident care and assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, mobility and feeding to ensure that those we serve receive the highest quality of person-centered care in a caring and compassionate environment.

  • Certified Nurse's Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing from the state of NJ or certification from a state with approved NJ reciprocity.
  • High School graduate or GED required.
  • Skill and experience with long-term care, geriatric and/or dementia preferred.
  • Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner.
  • Ability to move/lift/carry objects up to approximately 25lbs and to occasionally assist in lifting or transferring elders weighing an average of 150 pounds.
  • Ability to move about and in between small homes and floors.
  • Flu vaccination required during flu season.
