CNA or Medical Assistant certification is preferred, but it is not required. We welcome candidates with relevant healthcare, caregiving, pediatric, disability-support, or personal-care experience who are ready to learn.
Pediatric Specialty Care at Lancaster is a 34-bed residential care facility supporting children with complex medical, developmental, and daily-living needs. As a Nurse Technician, you will work alongside nurses, respiratory therapists, therapy professionals, and other members of the care team. You will get to know the children you support, understand their individual routines and abilities, and help create a safe, engaging environment where they can grow and participate in everyday life.
