CNA - Nurse Assistant _ Louisville VAMC

Solvet Services is seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to join our team! As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to individuals in need. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling options, competitive pay, and comprehensive benefits.

We are looking for dedicated CNAs to work 12-hour or 8-hour shifts, providing top-notch care to our patients. As a CNA, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, monitoring their health, and maintaining a safe and clean environment. Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor patients' vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
• BLS through AHA
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients

Expected Schedules:

• 7 a.m. – 3:30 pm.
• 3 p.m.- 11 p.m.
• 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.
• 7 a.m. – 7 p.m.
• 7 p.m.- 7 a.m.
