Responsibilities • Assist residents with daily activities, including personal care and feeding. • Provide basic nursing care and personal assistance under appropriate nursing supervision. • Assist residents with mobility, positioning, and transfers as needed. • Maintain residents' personal hygiene, comfort, dignity, and safety. • Observe and report changes in residents' physical or behavioral conditions to nursing staff. • Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable care environment. • Follow established infection prevention and control procedures. • Support residents' independence and overall well-being. • Communicate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals. • Perform other related duties as assigned.
