CNA - Long Term Care Contract

Locations: Geneva, Penn Yan, and Waterloo, NY

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Full-time and Part-time opportunities available

WorkFit Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for long-term care contracts in Geneva, Penn Yan, and Waterloo, NY. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to residents in nursing homes and assisted living facilities, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in the residents' health status.
• Assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Ensuring a clean and safe environment by following infection control protocols.
• Documenting care provided and observations accurately.

Requirements

• Valid CNA certification in the state of New York.
• 1 year of LTC experience required
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and patient-focused.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
