Your Role as a CNA
- Provide compassionate, person-centered care to residents
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and behavior
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality care

Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA license
- Ability to work full-time day shifts
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Genuine passion for elder care
