We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our rehabilitation team.
About the Role:
As a CNA at Milton Nursing and Rehab Center, you will be an essential member of our care team. Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing high-quality patient care, including vital signs, bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Assisting with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and feeding
• Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition to nursing staff
• Maintaining a clean and organized environment for our residents
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans

Requirements:
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
