JACKSONVILLE & SURROUNDING AREAS – MULTIPLE CLIENTS

Concierge Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) for one-on-one home care throughout Jacksonville and surrounding areas.

We currently have a new ongoing client in the 32209 area needing Monday and Thursday afternoon care, plus additional clients throughout Jacksonville. Caregivers interested in picking up additional hours may be matched with other nearby clients based on location and availability.

Current 32209 Opportunity

• Monday afternoons
• Thursday afternoons
• Exact hours TBD
• Ongoing recurring schedule
• Additional Jacksonville-area clients available

What We Offer

• $18–$22 per hour
• Weekly pay
• W-2 employment
• PRN and recurring schedules
• One-on-one home care
• Multiple client opportunities throughout Jacksonville and surrounding communities
• Opportunity to build additional weekly hours
• $100 bonus opportunity for designated qualifying clients/hours

Responsibilities

• Personal care and activities of daily living
• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Mobility and safety assistance

Requirements

• Active Florida CNA license OR Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Social Security card
• Current CPR certification
• Health statement completed within the past 6 months stating “Free of Communicable Diseases”
• Ability to meet AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening requirements

Required Training

• 2-hour Alzheimer's
• 1-hour HIV/AIDS
• 2-hour Assistance with Self-Administered Medication
• Required Florida Elder Affairs training
