Responsive recruiter About the Role:Join Right at Home Utah County as a CNA Caregiver and make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors in Utah Valley. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care that enhances the quality of life for our clients, and we’re looking for passionate individuals to join our team!

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Assist clients with mobility and transfers to ensure their safety.
  • Medication reminders and monitor vital signs as required.
  • Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements:

  • Current CNA certification in the state of Utah.
  • Previous experience in home health care or a similar setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screening.
  • Flexible availability to meet clients' needs, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
