Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – South Creek

Centralia, WA | Full-Time | $19–$28 per hour

Your care makes their day. Come make it here!

At South Creek, our CNAs are the heart of resident care. You’re the smile they look forward to, the helping hand they trust and the person who notices when something isn’t quite right. If you want to work with a team that respects what you do and supports you every shift, we’d love to meet you. Plus, you’ll get to live and work in friendly Lewis County, with small-town living, green outdoor spaces and easy access to both Seattle and Portland.

What you’ll love about South Creek

  • Great pay: $19–$28 per hour, depending on experience
  • Full benefits for you and your family
  • A team that feels like family, where CNAs, nurses and therapy work side by side
  • Room to grow, with support if you want to take the next step in your healthcare career
  • Real relationships with residents and families, not just a revolving door

What you’ll do

  • Help residents with daily care, including bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility
  • Take and record vital signs
  • Help residents with meals and keep track of what they eat and drink
  • Keep residents safe, comfortable and treated with dignity
  • Let the nurse know about any changes in a resident’s condition
  • Document care accurately in the EHR

What you’ll need

  • Current Washington CNA/NAC certification (or the ability to get one)
  • CPR/BLS certification
  • A caring heart, patience and a team-first attitude
  • Skilled nursing or long-term care experience is a plus, and new CNAs are welcome!
