Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full Time

Cedar River Healthcare Center | Renton, WA

Pay: $21.75/hour and up, depending on experience

Come be part of a team where you actually have time to care.

At Cedar River Healthcare Center, we’re a smaller, close-knit building, which means you get to know your residents, your coworkers have your back, and your work is noticed. If you’re a CNA who wants to make a real difference without feeling like just a number, we’d love to meet you.

Why you’ll love working here:

  • Competitive pay starting at $21.75/hour, with more for experience
  • Full-time schedule with steady, reliable hours
  • A supportive team where nurses and CNAs work side by side
  • Leadership that listens. Your ideas and feedback matter here.
  • Real relationships with residents in a smaller community setting
  • Room to grow. Many of our team members go on to become LPNs and RNs, and we love supporting that path.
  • Benefits for full-time employees, including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off

What you’ll do

  • Help residents with daily care like bathing, dressing, eating, and getting around
  • Take and record vital signs
  • Keep residents safe, comfortable, and treated with dignity
  • Let the nurse know about any changes in a resident’s condition
  • Be a friendly, caring face residents and families can count on

What we’re looking for

  • Active Washington State NAC (Nursing Assistant Certified) credential
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • A kind heart, patience, and a good sense of teamwork
  • New grads welcome! We’ll help you get comfortable and confident.
