• Plan and execute the needs of assigned resident group with daily living and dining needs.
• Makes rounds on assigned group noting significant issues for intervention.
• Provides intervention needed to provide a safe clean environment.
• Checks all residents daily for condition of skin, reporting findings to Licensed Staff assigned to unit.
• Assists Licensed staff when needed to position residents in need of treatment.
• Takes and records vital parameters as assigned.
• Records information on electronic record.
• Performs any other tasks as assigned by License Staff, Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing.

Qualifications

CNA must hold a valid nurse aide certification with the State of Louisiana
