Now Offering a 4-On / 2-Off Rotation

We are transitioning to a new 4/2 schedule rotation to promote better work-life balance and scheduling consistency for our team.

CNA Job Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Provide compassionate, respectful, resident-centered care
• Take and record vital signs as assigned
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents and coworkers
• Support residents’ dignity, comfort, and emotional well-being

CNA Qualifications

• Active California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• New grads encouraged to apply
