We are seeking a dedicated and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, dependable, and passionate about providing excellent resident care.
Key Responsibilities
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
Provide mobility support and assist with transfers
Take and record vital signs
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Support nursing staff with resident care tasks
Foster a warm, safe, and respectful environment
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
Qualifications
Current CNA certification in the state of California
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Compassionate and patient with strong interpersonal skills
Previous long-term care experience is a plus (but not required)
