Trinity Health PACE Alexandria is a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in Central Louisiana that provides comprehensive medical, social, and supportive services that enable older adults to remain safely in their homes and communities. Through an interdisciplinary team approach, PACE coordinates medical care, rehabilitation, transportation, home care, social services, and caregiver support to promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for older adults.

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct participant care and supportive services as part of the interdisciplinary team (IDT). The CNA assists participants with activities of daily living, promotes participant comfort and safety, observes and reports changes in condition, and supports participants receiving services in the PACE center, home, and community settings.
