Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in gathering medical history information and

• taking vital signs.

• · Documents patient information for medical record including vital signs, height, and weight.

• · Assist Physicians and nursing staff members with procedures when necessary.

• · Transport patients safely using appropriate equipment.

• · Assist with stocking and cleaning clinic equipment and supplies.

• · Follow emergency procedures including CPR when necessary.

• · Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Successful completion of state-approved certified nursing assistant training program required.

• Current/valid state issued Certified Nurse Assistant certification required.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Acceptable credentialing bodies and certifications include American

• Heart Association Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers or Advanced Care Life Support

• (ACLS) required.
