Job Description

1. Quản lý đội nhóm

• Phân công, giám sát và điều phối công việc của nhóm.
• Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và phát triển năng lực nhân viên.
• Đảm bảo tiến độ, chất lượng công việc và hiệu suất của nhóm.

1. Đánh giá kết quả kiểm nghiệm

• Xem xét tính phù hợp của kết quả trước khi phát hành báo cáo.
• Đánh giá các trường hợp đặc biệt và đưa ra quyết định chuyên môn.
• Hướng dẫn nhóm áp dụng thống nhất các quyết định và quy định liên quan.

1. Xử lý vấn đề

Nội bộ

• Là đầu mối trao đổi với các phòng ban liên quan.
• Thống nhất quy định, cách xử lý và phổ biến đến các thành viên trong nhóm.

Bên ngoài

• Trao đổi với khách hàng để làm rõ yêu cầu và giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh.
• Hỗ trợ xử lý khiếu nại và tư vấn chuyên môn cho khách hàng.

1. Tư vấn pháp luật và quy định

• Cập nhật và áp dụng các quy định pháp luật liên quan.
• Tư vấn danh mục chỉ tiêu kiểm nghiệm phù hợp.
• Đánh giá sự phù hợp của kết quả theo quy định hiện hành và hỗ trợ giải đáp các vấn đề chuyên môn.

1. Hệ thống chất lượng (ISO 17025)

• Am hiểu ISO/IEC 17025 hoặc các tiêu chuẩn tương đương.
• Đảm bảo các hoạt động của nhóm tuân thủ yêu cầu chất lượng và quy trình công ty.
• Tham gia duy trì, cải tiến hệ thống quản lý chất lượng.

1. Cải tiến

• Phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ của các vấn đề phát sinh.
• Đề xuất và triển khai các giải pháp cải tiến thông qua LEAN và các dự án cải tiến.
• Nâng cao hiệu quả hoạt động, chất lượng dịch vụ và trải nghiệm khách hàng.

1. Công việc khác

• Tham gia gặp gỡ khách hàng, đào tạo, hội thảo và các hoạt động chuyên môn theo phân công.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của cấp trên.

Qualifications

• Tối thiểu 03 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực tương đương, ưu tiên môi trường phòng thí nghiệm/bộ phận dịch vụ khách hàng ở các công ty kiểm nghiệm, công ty sản xuất thực phẩm.
• Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành liên quan đến Kiểm nghiệm thực phẩm, Hóa học, Công nghệ thực phẩm, Sinh học hoặc các ngành tương đương.
• Tiếng Anh tốt: kỹ năng nghe, nói, đọc, viết đáp ứng yêu cầu trao đổi với khách hàng nước ngoài; sử dụng tài liệu Quốc tế.
• Sử dụng tốt máy tính văn phòng, thành thạo Email, MS 365 và các công cụ Office.
• Có các kỹ năng mềm quan trọng:
• Quản lý thời gian và lập kế hoạch công việc
• Kỹ năng trình bày và báo cáo
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp công việc
• Kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề
• Có chứng chỉ hoặc kiến thức vững về ISO/IEC 17025 là lợi thế.
