职位描述
作为零部件管理团队项目经理，你将负责推动零部件及子系统开发项目的运营管理，协调跨部门资源，确保项目按计划、高质量完成： 1. 项目日常运营跟进 负责零部件/子系统开发项目全周期进度跟踪，跟进开发节点、定点、验证、PPAP、量产导入进度，输出周/月进度报表、风险清单、问题闭环跟进。 2. 支撑CMT平台化经营与策略落地 协助完成零部件平台策略梳理、优选优选、品类管理、Bundle归集、资源统筹，支撑部门年度经营目标落地。 3. 成本与VAVE基础跟进 协助收集零部件成本数据、制造费率、物料结构、工时差异；跟进供方VAVE改善、降本落地、收益统计、过程对账。 4. 跨部门协同推进 对接CDT、研发、采购、质量、生产及供应商，跟进开发问题、产能、交付、质量异常，推动问题闭环。 5. 资料沉淀与体系维护 负责项目文档归档、流程模板沉淀、经验案例整理、数据台账更新，协助完善CMT标准化运营体系。
