주요 업무 및 책임

• CMP 프로세스 내 변환공정의 선반/밀링/루터, 마감공정의 라미네이터/프레스/핫멜트/엣지씰, 검사공정의 제품표면 청소, 육안검사 및 검사장치 등 각 생산장비의 운전/정비 및 관련된 물품의 불출/이동/저장, 자료의 전산 및 수기 기록 등 제반 생산활동을 수행
• 글로벌/사이트 환경안전보건 정책과 CMP IO의 안전 정책에 기반하여 업무를 안전하게 수행하고 불안전한 요소에 대해 문제 보고, 개선 제안 등을 통해 안전한 작업 환경을 구현
• 사업 목표와 요구사항에 따라 정해진 공정 운전 절차와 제어계획, 기록 절차를 기한 내 정확하게 수행하여 고품질의 제품 생산
• CMP공정 기술, 반도체 공정, 안전 관리, 시스템 활용 기술, 단위 장비 운전 및 정비 기술, 화학물질/재료 취급 방법 등의 지정된 교육/훈련을 통해 업무 수행에 필요한 지식과 기술을 습득
• 담당 업무 수행에 필요한 사내 공정운전 자격을 취득하고 정기 보수교육/인증시험을 이수
• 업무/교육/훈련을 통해 습득한 지식/기술을 활용/발전시키고, 팀내 공유하여 조직 능력 향상에 기여
• 공정 셋업, 설비 정비, 그리고 문제 해결 과정에 참여, 기여 및 협업
• 불합리/비효율적인 운전 절차의 개선을 위한 공정 변경 관리 절차의 이해 및 참여
• 취급하는 화학 물질 및 재료의 특성과 주의사항, 취급방법들을 정확히 이해하고 준수
• 공정 업무지역에 대한 정리정돈, 청결 상태 유지를 통해 안전/품질/고객 요구사항 충족

필요한 요구사항

• 근무시간 중 서고, 걷고, 운반하고, 검사하는 등 물리적 작업을 장시간 수행할 수 있는 체력
• 새로운 직무와 요구사항에 대한 빠른 이해와 적응, 개방적 사고 및 학습 수용능력
• 필요에 따른 신속한 직무 전환, 동시 수행, 문제 해결 및 시간 관리 능력
• 발전적 대화, 토론 및 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 전산 시스템 및 장비 인터페이스의 능숙한 조작과 운전 능력
• 기계, 전기, 물리, 화학 등 기초적인 공학 및 원리에 대한 높은 이해도
