Job Description

Milient is now looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to take full ownership of the marketing function and drive the next phase of growth.

Milient is a leading European SaaS company providing project management solutions for architects, engineers, and other project-driven businesses.

The company serves thousands of customers across Europe and has a strong position in the Nordics, with ongoing expansion into new markets.

About the role

As CMO, you will take full ownership of marketing and become a key member of the leadership team.

You will be responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market strategy while ensuring marketing becomes a scalable and predictable driver of pipeline and revenue.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you combine strategic direction with operational execution and actively drive demand generation, positioning, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the marketing strategy across core and expansion markets
• Build and scale a data-driven demand generation engine
• Own pipeline contribution, performance tracking, and ROI
• Strengthen brand positioning and messaging
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team
• Work closely with Sales and Product to drive growth

Your profile

• Senior B2B SaaS marketing leader
• Proven track record of scaling marketing in a growth company
• Strong in demand generation, GTM, and marketing operations
• Commercial, data-driven, and focused on outcomes
• Experience from Nordic or European markets
• Fluent in English and a Scandinavian language
• Location: Oslo, Stockholm or Linköping
