Job Description

An international financial group (Private Banking / Wealth Management) undergoing a transformation and rebranding phase is seeking a strong, hands-on Chief Marketing Officer to lead and elevate its global marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a unified marketing strategy across multiple jurisdictions
  • Strengthen and refine the global brand positioning for HNWI and UHNWI clients
  • Design client-centric communication strategies with a focus on personalization and long-term engagement
  • Build and optimize high-end marketing funnels tailored to the premium segment
  • Lead the development of exclusive client experiences and event-driven marketing initiatives
  • Oversee external agencies and manage a lean in-house team

Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of marketing experience, including senior leadership roles
  • Mandatory background in Private Banking, Wealth Management, or Investments
  • Proven track record working with HNWI/UHNWI audiences
  • Strong international exposure and understanding of multi-jurisdictional environments
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach
  • Excellent command of English required
  • Knowledge of Armenian is a strong plus
