A collective of companies creating an in-house marketing agency focused on the Web3 and blockchain industries, dedicated exclusively to serving its own businesses is looking for a visionary, hands-on CMO to lead its global marketing efforts, elevate the brand, grow the community, and position the company at the forefront of the Web3 markets.
As the company's CMO, you will act as the CEO’s closest strategic partner in shaping the company's brand, narrative, and global presence. You will lead all marketing, communications, community, and creative functions, and drive high-impact initiatives that support growth, adoption, and strategic partnerships.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who has already completed at least one significant executive marketing tenure (CMO or VP Marketing level), ideally in the blockchain/Web3 ecosystem.
Own and execute the company's global marketing strategy across brand, content, digital, community, and communications.
Serve as a key member of the leadership team and a direct strategic partner to the CEO.
Lead long-term planning, narrative development, and positioning within the blockchain ecosystem.
Manage and mentor a global marketing team (~5 people).
Build strong workflows and a high-performance marketing culture.
Oversee budgets, KPIs, project timelines, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strengthen the company's global brand and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Drive campaigns, launches, partnerships, and community initiatives that increase awareness and adoption.
Develop a strong presence across Web3 channels (X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit), ensuring well-managed, high-energy community engagement.
Guide creative direction and oversee all visual, design, and content outputs.
Position the company's as a thought leader in the blockchain space.
Build relationships with ecosystem partners, exchanges, influencers, and media outlets.
Identify opportunities for collaboration, co-marketing, events, and conferences.
At least one significant tenure as CMO or VP Marketing in a high-growth tech or Web3 company.
Deep, hands-on understanding of the blockchain ecosystem.
Proven experience leading global teams and scaling marketing operations.
Demonstrated success in brand building, community growth, and campaign execution.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to operate as the CEO’s right hand.
Exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and narrative development.
Analytical mindset with experience measuring impact and optimizing performance.
Creative and execution-oriented - able to translate strategy into action.
Fluent English (written & verbal); additional languages are a plus.
A key leadership position (true #2 to the CEO) with significant influence on the company’s direction.
