This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CMMS Team Lead to join our Iraq Business Unit.

Job Objectives:

  • Governs the development and enhancement of Master Data standards.
  • Accountable for the maintenance build and integrity of the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Master Data.
  • Leads Master Data cleanse and sustain efforts.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Accountable for ensuring the Maintenance Build Data standards are being followed.
  • Leads Maintenance Build improvement initiatives.
  • Accountable for managing the Maintenance Build improvement and cleansing plans.
  • Responsible for providing quality assurance (QA) of content to ensure accuracy during cleansing and updating of Maintenance Build data.
  • Accountable for the Maintenance Build and Work Management performance metrics and supporting the continuous improvement.
  • Accountable for final resolution of Maintenance Build issues.
  • Accountable for CMMS engineer’s knowledge of the CMMS/Work Management data standards, tools and processes and their ongoing development.
  • Accountable for the ongoing management of Maintenance Build and Work Management Standards, Tools, and associated processes.
  • Responsible for providing inputs to and interfacing with any business program that would have a CMMS/Maintenance Build data impact.
  • Responsible for defining and maintaining data management strategies to include data tools, processes, and standards.
  • Responsible for identifying, resolving and/or escalating data issues as appropriate.
  • Responsible for collaborating and coordinating with the other departments such as Operations, PSCM, and Finance to ensure compliance with the Maintenance Build and Work Management requirements.
  • Responsible for performing analysis requested from Maintenance and Reliability teams.

Expected:

  • Technical Degree or Diploma in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Essential experience and job requirements:

  • Extensive experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems and databases.
  • Proven ability in practical application of developing, building, operating, and maintaining Maintenance Builds and CMMS systems.
  • People leadership and stakeholder management experience.
  • Extensive and relevant industry experience in brownfield environments. At least 12 years’ industry experience with 5 years in International multicultural Operational roles across the full value chain of hydrocarbon and water production facilities.

Desirable criteria and qualifications

  • Key skills include communication, interpersonal relationships, facilitation, influencing, and negotiating.
  • Ability to develop others and foster diverse relationships in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to identify correct priorities of maintenance and engineering support activities.
  • Experience with Maximo CMMS and ERP system.
  • Ability to speak Arabic would be beneficial but not essential.
