Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Senior CMMS/EAM Consultant
to lead a strategic planning and assessment initiative for the modernization of an enterprise Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role focuses on evaluating current facilities maintenance and asset management operations, documenting existing business processes, assessing data quality and system integrations, and defining future-state business and technical requirements. The consultant will conduct stakeholder workshops, perform gap analyses, evaluate leading CMMS/Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms, and develop recommendations that support executive decision-making, procurement readiness, and long-term technology strategy.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in enterprise transformation, project management, business analysis, and solution architecture, with a strong background in CMMS/EAM platforms such as IBM Maximo or similar solutions. Responsibilities include developing future-state workflows, preparing data migration and integration strategies, establishing governance frameworks, creating implementation roadmaps, producing executive-level reports and business cases, and ensuring data readiness for future system migration. Experience working within large, complex healthcare, public sector, or asset-intensive organizations, along with expertise in facilities management, maintenance operations, enterprise architecture, data governance, and stakeholder management, will be highly valued.
