Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6 am – 2 pm
We’re looking for a Lead CMM Programmer who thrives on precision, takes pride in quality, and enjoys mentoring others. If you can interpret GD&T like a second language, write rock-solid PC-DMIS programs, and confidently support customers and production teams — this is your opportunity!

What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- 5+ years of hands-on CMM programming experience
- Strong PC-DMIS experience
- Ability to read and interpret GD&T
- Experience using precision measuring instruments
What You’ll Do:
- Program, edit, and operate CMMs using PC-DMIS (with and without solid models)
- Interpret GD&T and translate blueprints into accurate CMM programs
- Perform first article inspections, final inspections, and production/vendor part inspections
- Troubleshoot CMM hardware and PC-DMIS software issues
- Train and mentor quality staff on programming and best practices
- Develop and improve CMM fixtures
- Create and maintain customer PPAP documentation
- Recommend or improve sampling and inspection procedures
- Develop and document standard work for the quality lab
- Support customers during development, launch, and production
- Assist production with finishing or corrective operations when needed
You’ll work closely with engineering, production, and customers to ensure parts meet exact specifications — every time.
