CMM Operator – Manitowoc Pattern & Machining (MP&M)
Manitowoc, WI
Due to an internal transfer, we are searching for a CMM Operator to join our Quality Assurance team in Manitowoc, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small company atmosphere with large company benefits and great people.

What You’ll Do
Perform inspection of production and vendor parts per customer specifications.
Program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) using PC-DMIS.
Conduct first article inspections, routine in-process dimensional checks, and troubleshoot measurement/programming issues.
Work closely with operations and QA staff to ensure accurate, reliable, and timely results.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, safety compliance, and gage calibration.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Hands-on machine shop experience
Knowledge of CMM operation, GD&T, and blueprint reading
A desire to learn, problem-solve, and work across teams
