Job Description

Core Responsibilities of the CMM Operator:

  • CMM of production parts and tooling for calibration.
  • Assist in the development of an “operator self-verification” program that meets the requirements of AS9162.
  • To provide operator training for the operator self-verification program.
  • Learn and adhere to required safety standards and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the CMM Operator:

  • Minimum five (5) years of CMM operator and inspection experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Locate, read and understand process procedures and instructions.
  • Understand and utilizes MSDS sheets.
  • Knowledge and ability to use key measuring and product handling equipment.
  • Basic computer program understanding.
  • Interact and communicate in a professional and effective manner with all level of employees.
  • Schedule and organize time and tasks effectively
  • Ability to work in a challenging and schedule driven environment
  • Strong organizational skills.

Education Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
