Balancing hands-on project work with strategic contribution, you will help elevate CMF capability while driving excellence across multiple product programs.

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with suppliers and engineering teams to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation of CMF intent
  • Define and maintain CMF standards, including textures, finishes, and graphics specifications
  • Communicate design vision effectively through compelling storytelling, visualisation, and presentations
  • Support continuous improvement of CMF processes, tools, and execution within the team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree in Industrial Design or a related design discipline
  • Minimum 3 -5+ years of professional CMF experience, ideally within a global or industry-leading organisation
  • Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes, with a curiosity to deepen expertise

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, KeyShot, and relevant visualization software)
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and communicate design intent clearly
  • Strong self-leadership, ownership, and collaborative mindset
  • High level of curiosity, adaptability, and drive to learn
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel and engage with manufacturing sites and suppliers

Benefits highlights:

  • Discounts on our award-winning Electrolux products and services
  • Family-friendly benefits
  • Insurance policy plan
  • Extensive learning opportunities and flexible career path
