职位描述
岗位职责： 1、深入理解市场需求，依据不同行业产品特性，制定并实施CMF设计方案； 2、负责新产品的CMF设计及打样工作，协助ID设计师进行设计方案中的材料、工艺、色彩规划，跟进产品从概念到量产的开发流程； 3、主导CMF设计预研、色彩趋势分析、材料工艺验证，提出可落地的CMF设计方案，增强产品成本可控的外观竞争优势； 4、以创新视角提供产品表面处理定义、色彩和工艺设计，完成手板打样； 5、引进并推进优秀CMF工艺产品在产品端和制造端的应用，提升公司整体CMF水平以及工艺水平。
职位要求
任职资格 1、本科及以上学历，工业设计、平面设计、服装设计与工程、应用艺术设计等相关专业优先； 2、3年以上CMF设计工作经验，熟悉各类材料工艺，特别是如金属件的外观工艺等； 3、能够熟练使用相关设计软件（如3ds MAX、AutoCAD等），擅长使用PPT等软件完成高品质趋势分析、项目经验总结等报告； 4、具备与团队成员和供应商有效沟通协作的能力，拥有优秀的项目管理及组织能力； 5、对时尚潮流及流行变化有敏锐的洞察及独到见解，注重用户体验，了解用户需求且有自己的见解并追求细节。
