About the role

The CME Sr Manager is responsible for leading the development and implementation of the Continuing Medical Education (CME) strategy to strengthen the scientific and clinical knowledge of healthcare professionals (Doctors and Pharmacies) about our products, ensuring high-impact educational programs that are aligned with business priorities and local regulatory legislation.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify educational needs and knowledge gaps among healthcare professionals to develop relevant initiatives with high scientific value for our brands
  • Alignment of educational programs with organization's medical and commercial strategy
  • Lead the annual planning, design, and implementation of medical education activities for healthcare professionals
  • CME budget management & KPI's
  • Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with medical associations, academic institutions, hospitals, pharmacies, and opinion leaders
  • Agencies & Vendors Management
  • Strategy for medical events management (contracts, compliance, speakers, production, travels, communications, COFEPRIS, etc)

The experience we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Health Professional or related
  • Pharma Market Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Mexican regulations for medications
  • Solid experience working with KOL's, HCP's, hospitals, academic institutions, medical assosiations, pharmacies, etc
  • PO's, IQVIA, Close UP, Veeva - Preferably
  • Project & Budget Management, KPI's
  • Advanced English
  • Solid experience in similar roles
